Job Duties

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • engage with and understand guests including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • support the company culture and values during all interactions
