Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including late hours
- Ability to report to work on time and regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be knowledgeable about hotel, restaurant/lounge and surroundings
- Ability to provide fast, friendly and professional customer service
- Capability to handle cash and POS systems accurately

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary production team
- Greet and make welcome each guest seated in assigned station within 1 minute
- Serve initial beverage order within 5 minutes of guest being seated
- Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned station
- Sell consistently while creating new strategies to increase the check average of each guest
- Upsell menu items whenever possible
- Generate average food and beverage sales in accordance with budget
- Perform opening, running, and closing procedures including setup and breakdown of stations and tables
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned station and the establishment
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and follow POS procedures
- Provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all customers at all times
- Support staff by running food and bussing tables when needed
- Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Follow professional image guidelines and contribute to hotel goals
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Attend mandatory meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
