Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle payments and operate POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to memorize and explain menu items including ingredients and preparation
  • Familiarity with order processing systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests upon arrival and providing menus
  • Taking and accurately inputting food and beverage orders
  • Serving food and drinks promptly with proper presentation and verification
  • Demonstrating thorough product knowledge and answering guest questions
  • Suggesting additional menu items to enhance dining experience and increase sales
  • Maintaining table cleanliness and preparing tables for new guests
  • Engaging with guests in a friendly manner and addressing concerns
  • Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with team members for seamless service flow
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assisting with special events and catering functions as needed
