Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle payments and operate POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to memorize and explain menu items including ingredients and preparation
- Familiarity with order processing systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests upon arrival and providing menus
- Taking and accurately inputting food and beverage orders
- Serving food and drinks promptly with proper presentation and verification
- Demonstrating thorough product knowledge and answering guest questions
- Suggesting additional menu items to enhance dining experience and increase sales
- Maintaining table cleanliness and preparing tables for new guests
- Engaging with guests in a friendly manner and addressing concerns
- Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members for seamless service flow
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with special events and catering functions as needed
