Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in food service preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to work in a team
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
flexible availability including evenings

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role
knowledge of food and beverage service standards
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and cleanliness
basic math skills for handling payments
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables and bar area according to type of event and service standards
answer questions on menu and drink selections
communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, recook orders, and product availability
communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area
