- previous server experience preferred
- ServSafe Certification
- ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English
- must be friendly and customer focused
- must have clear written and verbal communication skills
- must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions
- must have the physical ability to carry out the functions of the job description
- must be able to work in a team environment
- must be able to handle stressful situations and maintain composure

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- present menus to customers, inform them of daily specials, and suggest appetizers
- explain how various menu items are prepared, answer any customer questions
- take orders from patrons for food or beverages
- enter food and drink orders into computer system for transmittal to kitchen staff
- double check food for accuracy and temperature before serving to customer
- serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
