Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming, professional dining experience
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and timing
- Set up, clean, and reset tables for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with room service orders or banquet service, if applicable
- Support opening and closing duties (stocking, cleaning, side work)
