Job Duties
- Greet, seat, and assist guests with menu selections
- take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen
- serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- use suggestive selling techniques for appetizers, desserts, and drinks
- address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- clear tables and reset for new guests
- process checks and payments accurately
- complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area
- support team members to ensure smooth service
