Job Duties

  • Greet, seat, and assist guests with menu selections
  • take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen
  • serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal
  • use suggestive selling techniques for appetizers, desserts, and drinks
  • address and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • clear tables and reset for new guests
  • process checks and payments accurately
  • complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area
  • support team members to ensure smooth service
