Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
Effective communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to follow all restaurant policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

One year of restaurant experience preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of food and wine is beneficial

Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Completion of alcohol awareness training

Job Duties

Provide efficient, friendly guest service to a 3-6 table section including following all steps of service and bussing tables
Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payments, and balance sales/receipts
Work a variety of hours, days, and shifts including weekends
Safely and effectively transport food or beverages in a single trip
Use and operate necessary tools and equipment including POS and payment terminals
Communicate effectively to perform job requirements
Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
Work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature
Move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Stand and walk throughout shifts
Greet guests warmly
Use tact and good judgement with guest challenges
Present and encourage current promotions
Follow food allergy procedures and special orders
Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
Complete alcohol awareness training
Follow all employment policies
Collaborate as a team player
Perform other assigned duties as needed
