- knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine
- prior serving experience preferred
- TABC and food handler certification required
- able to stand long periods
- able to lift up to 30 lbs
- able to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- take dine-in and call-in orders
- pack to-go/carryout and delivery orders
- deliver food and drinks promptly
- check on guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintain clean tables and work areas
- greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
- support accurate, timely kitchen communication
- perform closing duties and follow safety regulations
