Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years fine dining experience
- Current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card
- Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification
- Ability to operate point of sale systems and beverage equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and ethical behavior
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card
- Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification
- Minimum 2 years high-volume fine dining experience preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparations
- Familiarity with service of alcoholic beverages
- Understanding of appropriate table settings and service ware
- Ability to memorize and promote menu items
- Skilled in operating beverage and toast equipment
- Proficient with Micros touch screen and point of sale procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Professional appearance appropriate for four diamond resort
Job Duties
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
- Greet guests warmly and courteously
- Explain specials and promotions
- Make knowledgeable, pro-active suggestions
- Record guests' orders and up-sell when applicable
- Input orders into point of sale system
- Retrieve orders from kitchen and confirm accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages with appropriate condiments
- Abide by all state, federal, and resort liquor regulations
- Replenish beverages on request
- Frequently check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Offer dessert and coffee when applicable
- Present guests with their checks promptly
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Perform other supportive functions as assigned by management
