Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in hospitality, catering, or event sales
  • proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals
  • excellent communication and organization skills
  • experience with event management and sales software like TripleSeat and OpenTable
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • self-motivated and results-driven attitude
  • ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in hospitality, catering, or event sales, restaurant or hotel preferred
  • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with systems like TripleSeat, OpenTable, R365, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Generate and manage event, catering, and private-party sales from inquiry to execution
  • Build partnerships with hotels, corporate planners, and local influencers
  • Create local marketing and sales campaigns that drive new business
  • Manage BEOs, contracts, and delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub
  • Coordinate event logistics and ensure successful execution
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to optimize event offerings and sales strategies
