Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in hospitality, catering, or event sales
  • Proven ability to close sales and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with sales and event management software such as TripleSeat, OpenTable, R365
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and results-driven work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in hospitality, catering, or event sales (restaurant or hotel preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with systems like TripleSeat, OpenTable, R365, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to hustle with Team Nacho

Job Duties

  • Generate and manage event, catering, and private-party sales from inquiry to execution
  • Build partnerships with hotels, corporate planners, and local influencers
  • Create local marketing and sales campaigns that drive new business
  • Manage BEOs, contracts, and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub)
  • Oversee the coordination of private dining and group events ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
  • Track sales performance and report on targets
