- Minimum one year related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup needs
- Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up to ensure compliance with banquet event setups and timelines
- Uphold company safety and security policies and report any unsafe conditions
- Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
- Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
