Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • proficiency in English
  • willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of a luxury hotel environment

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication skills with a customer service ethic
  • attention to detail
  • ability to comfortably communicate in English
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous
  • knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • responsible for all reservation bookings, requests and confirmations during their day
  • control the flow of work in the restaurant by seating requests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and enforcing restaurant standards
  • work closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and Outlet Manager to manage reservations and guest requests
  • promote restaurants to ensure guests receive the best experience
  • advise managers and servers about VIPs, special seating, dietary restrictions and special occasions to ensure fulfillment by Food & Beverage supervisors and managers
  • report and work to correct any imperfections or blemishes in the hotel environment
  • communicate effectively with other departments and extended hotel teams to ensure alignment
