Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and follow standard recipes and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or pastry cooking is an asset

Job Duties
- Efficiently prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging positively with guests and addressing their needs
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness of ingredients
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to the company’s Core Values and Five Promises of a Great Team Member
- Support flexible scheduling needs and adapt to a high-volume work environment
