Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries efficiently each day
- Follow Urban Plates' recipes and procedures accurately
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance and work environment
- Provide excellent guest service and engage positively with customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work consistently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with high energy
