Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all prepared food items
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive interpersonal communication
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Adhere to company core values and safety standards
