Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and pastry areas
- Ensure portion control and quality standards are met consistently
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
