Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries daily in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work consistently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and work area
- Demonstrate a ready smile and willingness to connect with each guest
