Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Bake and prepare pastries ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate kitchen operations
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers and upholding Urban Plates' core values
- Monitor food inventory and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
