Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to established recipes and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and pastry areas
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- assist in inventory control and ingredient management
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage workflow and meet service demands
- contribute to a positive team environment by adhering to core values and five promises of a great team member
- provide excellent guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
