Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries daily according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain high energy and efficiency in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Ensure a clean, professional, and presentable appearance and work area at all times
- Provide excellent guest service and create memorable dining experiences
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to Urban Plates Core Values and the Five Promises of a Great Team Member
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
