Job Duties
- Efficiently prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates' recipes and procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
- Uphold excellent guest service through readiness to engage positively when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
- Work consistently in a high-volume environment with energy and attention to detail

- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance and demeanor at all times
