Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries efficiently and daily according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of prepared items
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work in a high-volume environment with high energy and focus
