Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates' recipes and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the prep area and kitchen
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of food items
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent guest service and communicate effectively with team members
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting other kitchen staff and assisting when needed
- Follow core values and team member promises in everyday duties
