Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Prepare pastry items for daily menu use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking and preparation areas
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support high-volume food production
- Provide excellent guest service through positive interactions
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
