Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food preparation or pastry cooking preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Must have good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow health regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates' recipes and procedures
Ensure efficient daily prep work to support production needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
Demonstrate excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Work consistently in a high-volume environment with high energy
