- Previous experience in a similar food preparation role

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Ensure efficient daily preparation of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and pastry areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen team to meet quality and production standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed
- Support cross-training initiatives to learn various kitchen roles
