- prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- ability to operate cleaning equipment such as Kaivac Univac
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintain all utensils and food production equipment in good working order using correct cleaning, sharpening, and storage procedures
- perform scheduled or assigned maintenance tasks
- utilize Kaivac Univac for mopping, scrubbing, and drying floors in kitchen, restrooms, and dining rooms
- learn and apply correct storage location for all items such as food products, paper products, and cleaning supplies
- mop spills or leaks promptly to prevent accidents
- handle and store sanitizing and cleaning chemicals properly
- clean customer service areas including landscaping, building entrances, dining tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production/storage units
- maintain sidewalks and parking lot sanitation by sweeping and scrubbing
- notify management of any equipment leaks or failures
- dispose of trash properly
