Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to submit to and pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain a Seattle Airport Red Badge
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working with chemicals and understanding basic safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Willingness to take directions and assist wherever needed
- Knowledge of recycling and waste sorting practices
- Experience using janitorial or kitchen equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, dish machines)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions including smoky, noisy, hot, cold, or humid
- Frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Duties
- Safely lift and move beer kegs (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Change out kegs as needed and assist bar staff with setup and maintenance
- Put keg orders away using the keg lift and keg rotation
- Clean, mop floors and organize the keg room as needed
- Clean and dump the beer overspill container multiple times per day
- Clean under the bar area ensuring all surfaces are free of debris and spills
- Clean out all the drains in the bar by removing drain covers and cleaning debris
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in bar and service areas regularly
- Take out trash and recycling as needed and maintain back-of-house cleanliness
- Assist with kitchen cleaning including walls and fridges
- Transport supplies and inventory from storage units to designated areas and rotate stock properly (FIFO)
- Organize and restock bar, kitchen, and service stations
- Assist with checking deliveries and storing items properly
- Assist barbacks and kitchen staff with setup and breakdown before and after service
- Ensure all storage and prep areas are kept clean and organized
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management
- Respond to urgent requests from bartenders, servers, or managers during service hours
