Job Duties
- Properly polishing silverware, glassware, and chinaware
- Removing and replacing glass racks in the dish area
- Help stock server-stations with glassware and silverware
- Help stock chinaware on the expo line
- Remove dirty linen bag throughout service and retrieve clean linen for server and support staff
- Communication with management about glassware, plateware, and silverware shortages
- Access stewarding storeroom to maintain pars on plateware, glassware, and flatware
