Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Three or more years in cleaning services or related work
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and follow written instructions
- Early morning and daytime availability
- Sense of urgency
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Job Duties
- Maintain restaurant and venue cleanliness in an efficient, professional manner
- Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to HOB service standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating throughout shift
- Clean all spills immediately using floor signs
- Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
- Follow housekeeping standards per policy
- Operate trash compactor per procedures policy
- Ensure trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and lined
- Keep dust pans clean and free of debris/odor
- Separate glass, cardboard and plastics per local codes
- Pre-roll and store table paper per venue specifications
- Keep current on all standard operating procedures
- Stamp table paper with Music Hall advertisement
- Turn lost and found items into MOD
- Attend pre-shift meeting
- Assist other employees as needed
- Clean and dust all areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Refill toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary napkins and soap dispensers
- Clean and polish hardware
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs
- Replace burned-out light bulbs or report to supervisor
- Maintain service rooms and storage areas clean
- Maintain adequate supply of cleaning equipment and materials
- Use cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners
- Remove waste baskets and empty into trash containers
- Report repairs required and safety/fire hazards
- Observe safety standards and practices
- Additional general cleaning of venue
- Perform related duties as assigned
