Job Requirements

  • minimum two years of experience in food and beverage management
  • experience preferred in luxury hotel environment
  • must have managerial courage and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • must possess Managers' ServSafe Certification
  • must have RAMP certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • two years of food and beverage management experience
  • experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel setting preferred
  • experience in a union property highly preferred
  • strong business acumen including forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory controls, P&L analysis, and cost controls
  • managerial courage and problem-solving skills
  • courteous and friendly demeanor
  • passion for people and hospitality
  • manager ServSafe certification
  • RAMP certification

Job Duties

  • assist in proper training and supervision of all personnel
  • deliver prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni standards
  • lead and supervise food and beverage outlets during assigned shifts
  • handle guest comments and complaints
  • maintain presence on restaurant floors
  • assist in overall supervision of outlets
  • follow up with guests after complaints
