Job Requirements
- minimum two years of experience in food and beverage management
- experience preferred in luxury hotel environment
- must have managerial courage and problem-solving abilities
- ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- must possess Managers' ServSafe Certification
- must have RAMP certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- two years of food and beverage management experience
- experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel setting preferred
- experience in a union property highly preferred
- strong business acumen including forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory controls, P&L analysis, and cost controls
- managerial courage and problem-solving skills
- courteous and friendly demeanor
- passion for people and hospitality
- manager ServSafe certification
- RAMP certification
Job Duties
- assist in proper training and supervision of all personnel
- deliver prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni standards
- lead and supervise food and beverage outlets during assigned shifts
- handle guest comments and complaints
- maintain presence on restaurant floors
- assist in overall supervision of outlets
- follow up with guests after complaints
