Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience
- Experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel setting preferred
- Experience working in a unionized environment preferred
- Ability to lead and train food and beverage staff
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must hold Managers' ServSafe certification
- Must hold RAMP certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience in a union property highly preferred
- Strong business acumen including forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, checkbook management, productivity, inventory controls, P&L analysis, and food and beverage cost controls
- Must present Managers' ServSafe and RAMP certifications upon hire
Job Duties
- Assist in training and supervising all personnel
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni standards and policies
- Lead assigned shifts and overall supervision of restaurant outlets
- Handle and follow up on guest comments and complaints
- Maintain presence on the restaurant floors
- Foster positive associate work environments
- Elevate the food and beverage experience
