Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hotels
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- current food handler’s and MAST permits
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- proficiency with basic computer tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, and scheduling software

- 3-4 years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hotels or equivalent education or experience
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- current food handler’s and MAST permits
- comfortable with basic computer tools and programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and 7shifts
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all front of house operations during service
- recruit, train, coach, and evaluate front of house staff to curate exceptional guest experiences
- drive service excellence on the floor, handling guest relations and recovery
- collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless operations
- oversee wine and spirit sales, training staff and guiding guests with expertise
- manage scheduling, labor costs, and budget goals in partnership with food and beverage leadership
- represent the hotel as manager on duty when needed and participate in leadership and interdepartmental meetings
- support key relationships across distributors, purveyors, and the broader community
