Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of related work experience
  • at least one year of supervisory experience
  • availability to work full-time
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to uphold company policies and procedures
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • willingness to complete required safety training and certifications

  • ability to manage inventory and safety procedures
  • proficiency in maintaining company policies and quality assurance standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure staff work as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs
  • inspect personal grooming and attire of staff and correct deficiencies
  • complete opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and equipment cleaning
  • inspect organization, cleanliness, and FIFO usage in storage areas
  • complete scheduled inventories and replenish and order necessary supplies
  • monitor seating availability, service, guest safety, and wellbeing in dining areas
  • create work orders for maintenance repairs
  • assist management with hiring, training, organizing, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
  • serve as an example and first point of contact for the fair treatment and open-door policy
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • protect company information privacy and assets
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • support team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing under 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shift
  • read and verify information in various formats
  • visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
  • grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and coordination
  • reach above head and below knees including bending, twisting, crawling, and stooping
  • move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
  • ascend and descend stairs, service ramps
  • welcome and recognize all guests per company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others and answer phone calls with proper etiquette
  • listen and respond appropriately to employee issues
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
