- 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary event management or related professional area preferred
- alcohol beverage servers certification required
- food handlers certification required

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- ensure excellent guest service
- address guest concerns with positive solutions
- oversee room service efficiency including timely delivery and tray removal
- train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards
- make budget-conscious shift decisions
- assign and adjust daily tasks and responsibilities
- process sales using the POS system and troubleshoot technical issues
- enforce ABC laws health regulations and safety standards within the restaurant
- use point of sale system to accurately oversee restaurant financial transactions and audit restaurant activities
