Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary event management or related professional area preferred
  • alcohol beverage servers certification required
  • food handlers certification required

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • ensure excellent guest service
  • address guest concerns with positive solutions
  • oversee room service efficiency including timely delivery and tray removal
  • train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards
  • make budget-conscious shift decisions
  • assign and adjust daily tasks and responsibilities
  • process sales using the POS system and troubleshoot technical issues
  • enforce ABC laws health regulations and safety standards within the restaurant
  • use point of sale system to accurately oversee restaurant financial transactions and audit restaurant activities
