Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work early morning shifts
- food safety certification
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer concerns effectively
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- capable of managing both front and back of house operations
- strong organizational and administrative skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- certified in food safety
- strong leadership and communication skills
- demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
- ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- proficiency with point-of-sale and other restaurant management systems
Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan with high standards
- understand and enforce recipe adherence for sourced ingredients
- know and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- coach and observe the implementation of First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- maintain certification in food safety and coach safe food handling
- continuously scout and interview candidates to join the team
- secure company assets including computers, point of sale systems, security systems and equipment
- understand key responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
- immediately stop and investigate any inappropriate behavior
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize performance that goes above and beyond
- account for all daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and submit required paperwork on time
