Job Duties

- Living our core values along with leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
- Managing cost of goods sold and labor to optimize profitability
- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant and entertainment operations, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction
- Handling operational challenges during high-volume business days while maintaining team motivation
