Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Food safety certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work mornings and daytime shifts
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Learn and support our You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work to ensure daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Follow and enforce recipe adherence for quality food preparation
- Know and strive to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Put into action the company's 10 Commitments
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and manage repair and maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain certification in food safety and coach team on safe food handling
- Scout for and interview potential team members
- Secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems, and equipment
- Understand key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- Stop and investigate inappropriate behavior
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
