Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Capability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in scheduling and staff management
- Basic maintenance and equipment knowledge
Job Duties
- As Restaurant Operations Manager, you are responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant
- Building, managing, and leading a team
- Maintaining all equipment
- Developing a relationship with other departments
- Delivering the utmost professionalism in all circumstances
- Achieving guest satisfaction
- Ensuring the highest standards of food quality
- Managing staff vacation requests and absences
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Manage financial reports and maintain a profitable business through the use of P&L statements
- Source, hire and continually develop team members with training and coaching
- Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices
- Grow sales using different tactics and strategies
- Manage and promote the brand
- Schedule routine or emergency maintenance
