Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety certification
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- ability to handle employee and customer issues
- commitment to customer service excellence
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet high standards
- ensure recipes and food safety standards are consistently followed
- achieve and exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
- scout and interview candidates for team growth
- secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- understand and fulfill key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- intervene and investigate inappropriate behavior
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize outstanding performance
- account for daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and ensure timely paperwork submission
