Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of management experience in upscale dining
- required ServSafe Manager Food Safety Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications
- proficiency with financial management and computer systems including P&Ls Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- exceptional communication and leadership skills
- availability to work days evenings holidays weekends with 10-hour shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing an upscale dining experience
- minimum three years in a managerial role in a high-volume restaurant with similar dining style capacity and volume
- preferred college degree
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Food Safety Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- strong financial skills including experience with P&Ls budgeting and Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- exceptional communication skills with ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
- monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring actions align with company quality sanitary and legal standards
- assisting team member training and monitoring their performance
- maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns and complaints professionally and timely
- assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory
