Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of management experience in upscale dining
  • required ServSafe Manager Food Safety Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications
  • proficiency with financial management and computer systems including P&Ls Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • availability to work days evenings holidays weekends with 10-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing an upscale dining experience
  • minimum three years in a managerial role in a high-volume restaurant with similar dining style capacity and volume
  • preferred college degree
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Food Safety Handler certification
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • strong financial skills including experience with P&Ls budgeting and Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • exceptional communication skills with ability to anticipate guest and employee needs

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
  • monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring actions align with company quality sanitary and legal standards
  • assisting team member training and monitoring their performance
  • maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns and complaints professionally and timely
  • assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory
