Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of restaurant experience in a leadership role preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • required certifications must be obtained prior to employment based on local requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of restaurant experience in a leadership role preferred
  • strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations
  • comfortable leading in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication skills and a team first mindset
  • required certifications must be obtained prior to employment based on local requirements

Job Duties

  • lead the floor during peak shifts and ensure exceptional hospitality
  • ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service throughout the restaurant
  • engage with guests and handle concerns professionally
  • maintain high standards for service quality and team presentation
  • support training, coaching, and performance management for hourly team members
  • assist with scheduling support, shift planning, and service readiness
  • follow cash handling procedures and assist with daily reconciliation and reporting
