Job Requirements
- 2 or more years of restaurant experience in a leadership role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- required certifications must be obtained prior to employment based on local requirements

Job Duties
- lead the floor during peak shifts and ensure exceptional hospitality
- ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service throughout the restaurant
- engage with guests and handle concerns professionally
- maintain high standards for service quality and team presentation
- support training, coaching, and performance management for hourly team members
- assist with scheduling support, shift planning, and service readiness
- follow cash handling procedures and assist with daily reconciliation and reporting
