Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • proven experience managing both FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
  • strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to implement and enforce SOPs and operational workflows
  • exceptional attention to detail with problem-solving skills
  • strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
  • experience with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational reporting
  • professional demeanor and ability to thrive under pressure

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant’s front and back of house to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service
  • develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all areas, including reservations, guest service, kitchen workflows, and inventory management
  • oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
  • monitor operational systems and tools, including Toast, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Resy, and other restaurant technology
  • collaborate with management, chefs, and service leadership to identify operational gaps and implement improvements
  • lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and service excellence
  • assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
