Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- proven experience managing both FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
- strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to implement and enforce SOPs and operational workflows
- exceptional attention to detail with problem-solving skills
- strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- experience with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational reporting

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant’s front and back of house to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service
- develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all areas, including reservations, guest service, kitchen workflows, and inventory management
- oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
- monitor operational systems and tools, including Toast, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Resy, and other restaurant technology
- collaborate with management, chefs, and service leadership to identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and service excellence
- assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
