Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Certified in food safety
- Ability to work daytime shifts without nights
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to manage both kitchen and dining area operations
- Commitment to upholding company culture and values
- Flexibility to respond swiftly to operational issues
- Aptitude for team training and development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role
- Certification in food safety
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee and customer concerns
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Familiarity with sales and traffic goals in a restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work to ensure daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Adhere to chef-curated recipes and food safety certifications
- Work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe the implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and manage repair and maintenance issues
- Scout for and interview candidates to join the team
- Maintain security of company assets including computers, point of sale, and equipment
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize outstanding employee performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
