Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant management position
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to work mornings and weekends
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Proficient with restaurant POS systems and basic computer skills
  • Availability during operational hours
  • Must enroll in benefits within 30 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
  • Ability to manage financial processes including revenue and deposits
  • Proficient in supervising both kitchen and dining operations
  • Capable of resolving customer and employee issues effectively
  • Familiarity with recruiting and training employees
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality

Job Duties

  • Learn and support the You First culture and core values
  • Ensure daily operations run according to plan with high standards
  • Follow brand recipes and maintain food quality
  • Work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • Coach and observe service implementation at every table
  • Act on the 10 Commitments and put them into practice
  • Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
  • Manage repair and maintenance issues immediately
  • Maintain food safety certification and train staff on safe food handling
  • Recruit and interview candidates to build the team
  • Secure company assets including POS and security systems
  • Understand every restaurant position’s responsibilities
  • Address and investigate inappropriate behavior
  • Train, coach, and develop team members daily
  • Recognize exceptional performance
  • Manage daily revenue and deposits
  • Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
