Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficiency in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development
  • Living core values and leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Managing operational aspects including cost control for goods sold and labor
  • Overseeing all facets of the business from detailed daily operations to strategic planning
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and guest safety standards
