Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- certified in food safety or ability to obtain certification
- ability to work morning shifts with no night shifts
- excellent communication skills
- leadership experience
- ability to manage front and back of house responsibilities
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- commitment to maintaining high operational standards

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- ensure recipes are followed and quality standards met
- understand and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- put the 10 Commitments into action
- respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
- scout and interview candidates to join the team
- secure company assets including computers and security systems
- understand responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
- address and investigate inappropriate behavior
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize performance that goes above and beyond
- account for all daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
