Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work mornings and some weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear communication skills
- Physically able to perform job duties including standing for extended periods
- Availability to work full-time schedule

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan with high standards
- Ensure strict adherence to recipes and sourcing high-quality ingredients
- Work toward exceeding restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service implementation at every table
- Actively apply the 10 Commitments in daily operations
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Take immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Maintain certification and training in food safety and safe food handling
- Scout, interview, and recruit new team members
- Secure company assets, including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- Understand the key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- Address and investigate inappropriate behavior immediately
- Train, coach and develop team members on a daily basis
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit required paperwork on time
